Thank you for shopping with Dear Agony. We are committed to providing you with timely, safe, and reliable delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on shipping options, timelines, costs, and more.
Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as product launches, holidays, or special promotions), processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events.
International Shipping
At this time, Dear Agony only ships within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon—stay tuned!
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you realize there is a mistake, contact us immediately at support@dearagony.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in process.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. You may place a new order with the correct address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, we recommend the following:

Check with neighbors or building management

Wait 1–2 days (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)

File a claim directly with the shipping carrier

Preorders & Limited Drops
If you’ve ordered a preorder or limited-release product, please note the expected shipping window stated on the product page. Your entire order will ship once all items are available. If you need other items shipped sooner, please place separate orders.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Dear Agony Return & Refund Policy
At Dear Agony, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Items must be returned with original packaging and tags still attached (if applicable).

Items purchased on final sale, digital products (like downloadable workbooks), and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@dearagony.com with the following information:

Your full name and order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return (optional, but helpful!)
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. We do not currently offer prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@dearagony.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company or bank—there may be a processing delay

Gifts
If you received a Dear Agony item as a gift and need to return it, please email us. We’ll issue store credit or a refund to the original purchaser depending on the situation.
Custom Items
Any personalized or custom-made items (if offered) are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
