Story
Why I created Dear Agony
Dear Agony was born from a place of both personal experience and professional purpose. We all live through the highs and lows of relationships, and feel firsthand the confusion, growth, and clarity they can bring.
I’ve spent my life as an educator, guiding others through learning and self-discovery. What I came to realize is that our relationships, romantic, familial, platonic are often the most defining classroom of all.
I created Dear Agony to support people on their emotional and relational intelligence journey, because I believe the power of relationships literally shapes our world. They impact how we learn, how we heal, how we connect, and how we thrive. But navigating them can be messy, emotional, complex and most of us were never taught how. Dear Agony exists to fill that gap with raw truth, humor, empathy, and the tools to navigate it all. Because when we get better at relationships, we get better at life.
